Welcome to Village Green
Village Green Section 5 was built in 1973 and is one of the 12 condominium associations that makes up the Village Green Community. Section 5 consists of 36 Units among 18 duplexes. It is situated in an oval encompassing a large green space which has a walkway surrounding it. This area also includes our pool house and pool along with a shuffleboard court. The Ramada building is our pool house and offers spacious seating and shade which provides a perfect place to host our weekly happy hour. It is a private neighborhood with very light traffic. In proximity to section 5 are a variety of stores and restaurants. Anna Maria Island is only 5 miles to the west providing a scenic drive over 2 causeways and Perico Island. Robinson Preserve is a 267-acre county owned recreational area with miles of walking and bicycle paths. It provides beautiful waterways for exploring in your kayak or canoe. Bray Park, a county operated facility includes almost any recreational activity imaginable.
